A family business established in 1916 in Casalalta, Antica Porchetteria of the Granieri family is a leader in pork products making, including their most known porchetta. Baldassarri Winery, born from the passion of Luciano Baldassarri and his sons, has established itself as one of the largest wineries, regionally and nationally. Based in Collazzone, the 10 hectares of vineyards spread throughout the township ensure a rich production of notable varieties of wines, both red and white, such as Grechetto, Merlot, Sagrantino, and Sangiovese. The company can rely on a winning combination of tradition and innovation, thanks to a winery with a capacity of 2,000 hl and equipped with the latest technology in the industry.

Since 1947, the Bacci Noemio farm has been producing Umbrian top-quality extra virgin olive oil. The Gualdo Cattaneo mill has the best machinery for olive milling and oil production: olives are milled within 24 hours from harvesting with cold extraction and bottling the product directly on the spot, under the eyes of the owner, who can thus carefully monitor every step of the production process. The Bacci family's more than 11,000 olive trees enable the making of oils of different types, such as moraiolo, leccino, and the frantoio. Leader of the industry thanks to four generations of business activity, the Bacci Company Noemio is among the few to have obtained the dual certification "Agriculture Organic" and "PDO."

Based in the hills of Casalalta, the Pucci Goffredo and Gaetano farm is where the oil mill is one of the most important in the area - ancient tradition and passion of family, PDO, and organic extra virgin olive oil are made here, exclusively from its olives and not treated with chemical and harmful products. For several years now, the company has diversified its production by focusing on a particular specialty: organic beer, the making of which respects the company's standards of not using chemical elements.

The Domenico Pennacchi Winery - named after the homonym founder of the same - is based in Gualdo Cattaneo, a few kilometers away from Collazzone, and is one of the most highly regarded wineries in the entire national wine scene. Winner of numerous prestigious awards, it has 10 hectares of vineyards whose soil type allows the production of red wines of absolute excellence: in fact, Sagrantino di Montefalco is Pennacchi's signature flagship.
