With 90 square meters, the Belvedere apartment perfectly accommodates up to 4 people. We offer two separate rooms, each with its private bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort.

The entrance welcomes you to a warm and welcoming environment. The living room has a charming fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need during your stay. You will find a refrigerator and freezer to store your food, an electric oven to prepare delicious meals, and a dishwasher to simplify cleaning.

In addition, you can enjoy a wonderful outdoor terrace furnished with an elegant Deruta ceramic table and comfortable chairs. This outdoor space is perfect for enjoying your breakfast, spending pleasant moments outdoors, and admiring the surrounding landscape.

belmonte

With its generous 130 square meters, the Belmonte apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 6 people, offering a spacious and luxurious living experience. Inside you will find three separate rooms, each with its private bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. You will enjoy a spacious living area, tastefully decorated and equipped with a fireplace, which creates a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen is a paradise for everyone who loves handmade food. You will find a spacious refrigerator with a convenient freezer, a high-quality electric oven, and a dishwasher to simplify cleaning up after meals. Whether you want to prepare a gourmet dinner or simply enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, our kitchen is everything you need.

One of the bathrooms is designed for people with disabilities, ensuring optimal accessibility for all our guests. The private entrance welcomes you into a spacious living room with a charming fireplace, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need: you will find a refrigerator and freezer to store your food, an electric oven to prepare delicious meals, and a dishwasher to simplify cleaning up after meals.

Outside, the charming porch is perfect for spending pleasant moments outdoors. Enjoy a tasty breakfast or a dining al fresco around the ceramic table placed on the porch. This is the best way to enjoy a meal during the milder seasons. It is important to note that during the off-season, the porch can only be used by two people, with only one room and bathroom at your disposal.
